RETURN POLICY:
  • Longoria Collection accepts returns within 14 days of receiving goods.
  • Returns are only accepted on unused items. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
  • All items must be in the original packaging.
  • Fine Jewelry returns over $5,000.00 are refunded as boutique credit only and must be returned within ten days of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items may not be returned. All items on sale for 50% or more are final sale.
 
To make a return, you can either email us at [email protected] or call our Flagship Store at 713-621-4241. Please provide us with your invoice number, first & last name, date of purchase, reason for the return, and the name of the item you are returning. Your shipment will include an electronic return label to use on the returned package.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Your credit card will be refunded within 5 days of the return.
If you wish to return without the pre-paid label, please ship to the below address. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured method.

SHIPPING METHOD:
LONGORIA COLLECTION uses UPS to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Orders will not be fulfilled if you provide a P.O. Box address. 
We only ship orders to the Continental USA.
